- Modern Times Ltd has been trading since 1989 and has been developing the Cytronex electric bike concept for two years before its launch. We have and will continue to invest substantially in electric bicycle technologies. Mark Searles is the designer of the Cytronex system and runs the company from our base near Winchester train station.
